Moving in the right direction: At InCompass Logistics, this has been our motto since our inception in 2015. But the idea of moving in the right direction goes far beyond simply delivering product. It’s a state of mind. A state of being. And at InCompass, we believe this includes ensuring sustainability for the future. For FY2022 we are committed to publishing our initial Sustainability Report.
We at InCompass Logistics recognize the value of sustainability for our stakeholders, for our customers and most importantly the employees that we embrace as our “WORK FAMILY”. We understand in an everchanging world that building a company that is truly sustainable often requires change.

Having established our Sustainability Framework (see diagram below) our ESG Sub-Committees and our employees are fully engaged and organized to tackle Environmental, Social, and Governance concerns. We are fully committed to building ESG solutions that will not only make our company stronger but will also make us better stewards to our community and to the environment.

We focus on goals that align with our core values and encourage good morale. We educate colleagues about environmental policy and serve as leaders of a culture that is adaptable to industry and company challenges.
Governance
InCompass Logistics have persistently practiced sustainable governance. It is an integral part of our company and business practices. We are committed to maintaining transparency, inclusivity, accountability, and sustainability with our internal and external stakeholders. Our company will continually evaluate and adapt policies that ensure genuine and fair governance throughout our organization.
Social
InCompass Logistics have integrated a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program into current business strategy that will further our culture of growth, education, and community.
